Hello, I'm Pari!
I'm a strategist, researcher, designer based in Austin.
My strengths span across executing, influencing, relationship building, and strategic thinking. I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in user research, information architecture, and UX design for rich websites, applications, and services across different devices. I facilitate collaborative and cross-functional workshops using human centered design practices to drive strategy, and develop and maintain business alignment, while advocating for users. I want to change people's lives just as design has changed mine.
My Values

Helpfulness. I dedicate a significant portion of my life to ensuring the well-being of the individuals and creatures around me. Whenever I encounter a distressed animal or fellow human being, I exert all possible efforts to provide them with emotional and/or financial assistance. This innate sensitivity and empathy have profoundly contributed to my growth as a designer throughout the years.

Ethics. In recent years I have actively opposed unethical actions and motives. I believe that every individual has a responsibility to support moral behaviors and stand up against unethical agendas. This is my main guiding principle when choosing companies to do business with as a customer or as an employee.

Meaningful work. This directly ties to my other two values. Engaging in purposeful work allows me to positively impact the lives of others, providing me with a profound sense of value and usefulness to society. Recognizing the significance of my contributions energizes me and helps me avoid professional burnout.
