I'm a strategist, researcher, designer based in West Chester, PA.
As an experienced Design Lead, I excel in relationship building, strategic thinking, and human-centered design (HCD). I have a proven track record of transforming designers from tactical doers to strategic thinkers and coaching cross-functional teams and stakeholders in HCD. My efforts have strengthened my teams’ brand as strategic partners and facilitated the breaking of silos across teams and organizations to enhance end-to-end journeys. I am adept at creating collaborative, design-led processes that drive organizational innovation and efficiency.
My Values

Psychological safety. Over the years, I have come to realize that psychological safety brings people together, and helps them thrive in what they do. It is one of the key signs of a healthy working environment, and I believe it to be a leader's key responsibility to provide.

Ethics. In recent years I have actively opposed unethical actions and motives. I believe that every individual has a responsibility to support moral behaviors and stand up against unethical agendas. This is my main guiding principle when choosing companies to do business with as a customer or as an employee.

Meaningful work. Engaging in purposeful work allows me to positively impact the lives of others, providing me with a profound sense of value and usefulness to society. Recognizing the significance of my contributions energizes me and helps me avoid professional burnout.
